Filliou helpt bij het oprichten van verschillende centra voor permanente creatie, zoals de Poïpoïdrome en La Cédille qui Sourit, en stelt voor de historische avant-garde te vervangen door het Eternal Network, ook bekend onder de naam Fête permanente.
