Met veel liefde keek de kunstenaar naar een kamer vol gescheurd, verfrommelde en beklodderde kranten. Waardepapieren had hij ze gedoopt. Als journalist was ik door dit oneigenlijk gebruik van het medium enigszins ontstemd, maar een meisje met blauw haar zei dat het authentiek was. Een jonge kunsthistoricus voelt dat er impulsen van uitgaan…

(with great love & admiration the artist looked at his room full of ripped, torn, ruffled & besmirched newspapers... Business papers he calls them - As journalist I was somewhat inscensed by the misapproriation of the medium, but a girl with blue hair said that it was authentic - and a young art historian assured me that he felt impulses from it...)
