a collection of texts, compiled by
Jef Verheyen in 1959 and including
an essay by him. The cahier was first
self-published in 1960 (loose-leaf,
perforated, with brass rings). The cahier
starts with the words of Paul
Cézanne and then quotes Guy Vaes,
Joseph Joubert, Henry Miller, Ivo
Michiels, Paul van Ostaijen,
Heraclitus, Plato, Lao Tseu, Henri
Poincaré, Aristotle, Empedocles,
Parmenides.
Originally printed in 1960. Reprinted with an introduction by Henri-Floris Jespers in 1967 in softcover as well in hardcover, with sliding case. The cahier has been lay-outed by Wout Vercammen.
