For Cabeça coletiva, Lygia Clark constructed in her apartment a large wooden structure, full of compartiments, where she kept objects received from her students: notes, fruits, cookies, confetti, etc.

One day, Lygia and her students took the “head” to the streets, fitted on the body of one of them. They started consuming the objects contained in it, and proposed to the passersby to do the same. People could also add and remove things from the structure
